• Review creditworthiness of customers and vendors using financial statements, payment history, and credit reports.
• Establish credit limits and risk mitigation terms, including prepayment terms and letters of credit when needed.
• Monitor credit exposure and alert manager to deteriorating conditions.
• Review and release blocked sales orders daily per policy.
• Collaborate with AR, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to resolve credit and order issues.
• Prepare recurring credit reports and assist with audits and process improvements.
