Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

An established online lending company is growing fast in 2025! Their focus is on the franchise industry - they loan money to aspiring franchisees within some of the most reputable franchise brands. Rather than the slow moving and limited traditional financing options, their specialty within the franchise niche has made this firm a major player in this space. They've originated BILLIONS in loan volume, and are looking for a Credit Strategy Analyst to take ownership of their credit and capital markets analytics.

This is a remote position. The Credit Strategy Analyst will develop and update forecasting evaluations for the loan pool, recommend credit policy changes, and more! This is a high profile, high growth position reporting directly to the Chief Credit Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Own credit and capital markets analytics
• Recommend credit policy changes
• Update forecasting evaluations
• Participate in new loan purchaser due diligence process
• Partner across Sales, Credit, Legal, and Marketing teams

Required Skills:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in credit risk management, emphasis on portfolio management and loan origination
• Exposure to Data Science techniques, with proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel
• Leveraging large data sets to propose credit strategy recommendations
• Highly organized, with great written and verbal communication skills
