The anticipated salary range for this role is between $144,000.00 and $180,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC MANUBANK offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.
The Credit Risk Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and management of the Credit Risk Strategies for our Personal Loan and Credit Card product. Under the supervision of the Credit Risk Manager, the Risk Analyst will assist in building, managing, and implementing credit strategies – including onboarding, verification, pricing, and credit assignment, as well as test strategies across various marketing channels and credit purposes. The Credit Risk Analyst will work closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations to shape and contribute to growth initiatives. In addition, the Risk Analyst will assist with ensuring internal controls documentation is maintained completely and accurately. The Risk Analyst must use domain knowledge and data-driven recommendations to drive risk-controlled growth for the organization.
