We’re seeking a highly motivated Credit Risk Analyst to join our Counterparty and Credit Risk team. You will manage complex credit risks across a global client base in a dynamic digital asset market environment. Your responsibilities include underwriting counterparties, evaluating asset risks, monitoring and reporting exposures, and contributing to thought leadership to deliver lending solutions through existing and new products.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform diligence and underwriting of clients and counterparties, focusing on hedge funds, asset managers, private equity, or venture capital.
• Recommend internal credit ratings and risk-based limits, with supporting written analysis.
• Conduct ongoing surveillance of trading partners, portfolio reviews, audits, and capital planning exercises.
• Analyze asset volatility and liquidity risks on a per-asset and portfolio basis.
• Monitor market developments and portfolio concentrations, communicating trends to leadership.
• Negotiate industry documentation (e.g., PBAs, MLAs, and ACAs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex client or product challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands-on credit risk management experience.
• Preferred experience with hedge funds, asset managers, private equity, or venture capital.
• Interest in and understanding of capital markets products and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and spreadsheet skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves:

• Crypto forward - strong knowledge of emerging crypto trends.

Pay Range: $95,030 — $111,800 USD + target bonus, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
