Pay Range
The target pay range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually, with a full range of $97,400.00 - $181,800.00. Compensation is based on skills, experience, and education. Additional performance-based incentives are available.

Impact You’ll Make
As the Credit Risk Analysis Manager, you will oversee the health and sustainability of our Auto & Other Secured lending portfolios. Your analytical expertise will identify risks and opportunities, ensuring strong governance and innovative credit risk strategies. Your leadership will shape our credit risk frameworks and lead key initiatives, collaborating across the organization to enhance member-focused lending experiences.
Location Requirements
Candidates must reside in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, SC, or GA. If in WA near Tukwila, you are encouraged to come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Remote work is available for those outside the commutable distance, with full engagement in our collaborative environment.
