In Accounts Receivable you get to work with all of Hallmark’s retail customers. That includes the large chain accounts, our Gold Crown network, independent retailers, and everything in between. You gain a complete understanding of the order to cash process. We are a team of 9 that work independently but at the same time rely on everybody’s knowledge. Our belief is there is more than one way to accomplish the desired results. Therefore, we seek independent thinkers who look for opportunities to improve a process.
The Credit Representative is part of Accounts Receivable and serves as a key liaison between Hallmark and its retail customers. This role works in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, and no two days are exactly the same. As part of a collaborative team of nine, the Credit Representative works closely with others to meet shared goals, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service.
