In Accounts Receivable you get to work with all of Hallmark's retail customers. That includes the large chain accounts, our Gold Crown network, independent retailers, and everything in between. You gain a complete understanding of the order to cash process. We are a team of 9 that work independently but at the same time rely on everybody's knowledge. The Credit Representative is part of Accounts Receivable and serves as a key liaison between Hallmark and its retail customers. This role works in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, and no two days are exactly the same. As part of a collaborative team of nine, the Credit Representative works closely with others to meet shared goals, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service.
