You will book, fund and reconcile complex commercial loans, ensuring accurate recording and timely communications with syndicate members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial loan operations or commercial servicing.
• 2+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
• Understanding of complex commercial lending structures and loan documentation.
• Strong understanding of participation/syndication lending structures.
• Experience with commercial loan systems/software.
• Ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy, meet deadlines and multitask.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Provide servicing support for syndication portfolios across multiple loan products.
• Book and fund syndication bought and sold; post payments, repricing and payoffs.
• Research and reconcile accrual discrepancies and loan GL accounts.
• Review loan approvals for proper booking on CLS loan servicing system.
• Coordinate closing disbursements with Capital Market and Documentation Team.
• Disburse loans via wire transfer and ensure proper booking of loan fees.
