Qualifications

• Minimum education: HS Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of credit reporting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in data entry and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and respond to direct and indirect consumer credit disputes under FCRA and Metro2 rules.
• Communicate with members and staff on dispute status and resolutions.
• Assist in completing department reports aligning with CDIA guidance and SECU policies.
