Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with financial analysis software (Sageworks Analyst) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes financial and industry data of borrowers to determine creditworthiness.
• Prepares and interprets financial spreads; provides loan structure recommendations.
• Conducts background checks on borrowers and related parties for credit packages.
• Produces written credit memoranda for Senior Credit Management and Loan Committee.
• Ensures loan structures comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Participates in weekly Loan Committee meetings to present credit packages.
