The Credit Portfolio Group (CPG) Lending is a global function within the Markets division of CIB, comprising approximately 25 professionals across New York, London, Paris, and Singapore. The group focuses on Portfolio Management & Research (PM&R), aligned by industry and geography, and Trading & Distribution (T&D), which facilitates transactions through liquid and illiquid channels. Its primary goal is to manage the retained credit portfolio, balancing concentrated exposures with cost minimization, P&L stability, and capital efficiency. Portfolio managers and researchers collaborate with traders to develop strategies executed via secondary loan markets, CDS markets, and structured solutions.
We seek a diligent, quantitative, self-motivated, and outgoing individual with prior credit trading experience—preferably in loan products or credit derivatives—to join our team in New York. The candidate should possess strong negotiation and technical pricing skills and be capable of managing credit strategies from initial pricing to settlement.

Base salary in New York ranges from $200,000 to $275,000 annually.
