Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Two years of commercial underwriting experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit approval packages for new and renewed credit products, including risk ratings and covenant analysis.
• Analyze guarantors to support underwriting.
• Assist with pre-closing loan document review.
• Review closing due diligence with Credit Products Manager.
• Maintain credit files and manage reporting, covenants, and documentation.
• Support tickler implementation and maintenance.
• Monitor portfolio and servicing activities with Shared Services.
• Validate risk ratings and identify changes.
• Identify opportunities for exposure reduction or new opportunities within the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with internal loan policies and credit risk procedures.
