Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance and accounting preferred.
• 1–2 years of work experience related to commercial lending preferred.
• Knowledge of credit policy, banking regulations, and loan documentation issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support RMs in portfolio management and annual reviews, past dues, and covenant monitoring.
• Assist in underwriting and preparation of credit approval packages.
• Coordinate with Credit Analysts for LARs, memos, and financial spreads.
• Serve as secondary contact on client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare commitment letters and review loan documents; support lenders in prospecting.
• Spread, analyze, and interpret financial statements and tax returns.
• Analyze relationships globally and assess risk to address potential issues.
• Present credit analysis packages through the approval chain with limited supervision.
