Job summary

Trimont in Charlotte, NC, seeks an Associate to maintain the Enhanced Surveillance program and Real Insight data, delivering accurate reporting to internal and external partners under servicing agreements.

In this role you will support consent execution, monitor RI reports, ensure data integrity for active and watchlist assets, and assist in resolving issues with the Master Servicer and Asset Manager, contributing to risk-aware portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interpret complex loan documents.
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support Enhanced Surveillance Analysis and portfolio management activities for Trimont as Special Servicer.
• Review RI trustee reports and related files for accuracy.
• Monitor deal flow and ensure RI database accuracy for active and watchlist assets.
• Process consent requests and report in servicing system in a timely manner.
• Set up new deals in the database and complex spreadsheets with complete data.
• Review reports to identify issues and coordinate with Asset Manager on reporting value.
• Conduct assessments by analyzing budgets, rent rolls, asset status, and third-party reports.
• Contribute to Deal Reviews, Watchlist commentary, risk ratings, and proactive action planning.
