Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Data Science, Finance, Engineering)
• 3–5 years of fintech, lending, credit risk, or decision systems experience
• Hands-on with rule-based systems, decision engines, or workflow platforms
• Ability to translate business logic into technical decision rules with precision
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Translate credit policies into structured decision rules (eligibility, approval/decline, pricing, workflows)
• Configure, maintain, and optimize decision logic in Taktile or similar platforms
• Conduct scenario testing, UAT, and rule validation to ensure accuracy
