Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst to assist in developing and implementing business unit projects and strategies. You will analyze internal systems, prepare reports for managers, and serve as a technical resource for assigned system(s).

The role requires intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills and a Bachelor's degree, with four years of banking experience. Travel greater than 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Four years of banking experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel greater than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support Dealer Retail Services, Direct to Consumer, Small Business, Wealth and Premier Portfolios.
• Support processes that manage risk for complex regulatory and compliance processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives within the team.
• Act as a subject matter expert for inter-departmental projects and assist with escalated issues.
• Lead project-oriented work on problem identification, performance, productivity, and quality improvements.
• Coordinate system or program implementation and develop training.
• Gather data and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to support procedures and quality control.
• Coordinate updates to procedures to meet business unit changes and regulatory requirements.
