Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth credit reviews on merchants throughout their lifecycle.
• Investigate and triage escalations across multiple channels with timely responses.
• Own operational credit review processes and risk-related escalations.
• Identify risk factors and trends and report to the risk team.
• Utilize analytics to optimize strategies across the portfolio.
• Maintain regular communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in systems, policies, and processes and recommend improvements.
• Lead team work streams related to credit decisioning and accuracy.
