Centier Bank in Merrillville, IN is seeking a Credit Operations & Enhancement Associate to support the credit department with data scrubs, project implementation, and reporting optimization. You will design workflows, manage invoices, and contribute to portfolio analytics using Power BI and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience with banking operations and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Send approved invoices to Accounts Payable to be paid daily.
• Manage TRID fees for consumer construction loan portfolio.
• Prepare draw packages for the Consumer Construction and Collateral Services Team.
• Perform data scrubs when needed.
• Design, implement and optimize reporting and dashboards (Power BI).
• Agile report writer in Core system, Loan Origination Software and the Data Warehouse.
