Ideal candidates will have a 4-year background in Credit/Accounts Receivable or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years experience in Credit/Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline).
• Shift focus from tactical execution to strategic thinking by identifying trends, root cause analysis, and long-term solutions.

Responsibilities

• Run and review daily delinquency reports; establish collection strategies with partners and customers.
• Own portfolio analytics; identify changing payment trends.
• Provide root-cause analysis insights to address delinquency issues.
• Lead the Operations and Support team on key initiatives.
• Advocate for Salesforce usage and cases management across the team.
• Handle high-impact accounts to clear old differences with customers.
