Qualifications

• 4 years experience in Credit/Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or a related Bachelor's degree).
• Shift toward strategic analysis and root-cause identification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run daily delinquency report and establish collection strategy for key accounts.
• Own portfolio analytics to identify negative or changing payment trends.
• Provide feedback and solutions to delinquency issues via root-cause analysis.
• Lead the Operations and Support team and advocate for Salesforce case management.
• Enter financial statement data into Salesforce with front-line analysis.
