Job summary

Covetrus, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate third-party lease activities, communicate with internal teams, and monitor monthly leasing activity. You will support Credit Administration, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, and ensure timely documentation and compliance.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI/Tableau, and the ability to mentor colleagues while improving processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
  • Basic understanding of Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Basic understanding of SQL (preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate.
  • Ability to prioritize and function independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette and professional business correspondence.
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor sales involving third‑party lease companies; communicate with customers, sales team and lease agents to ensure a smooth process and track monthly leasing activity.
  • Represent Credit Administration at internal meetings and discussions to develop and improve the lease transaction process.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to communicate changes or new vendors to ensure streamlined processes.
  • Provide periodic updates to Credit Department regarding lease transaction process changes.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, customers, collections teams and third‑party loan financing institutions to ensure documentation is obtained and sales processed and collected timely.
  • Collaborate with analytics team on Power BI and Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, build models and streamline reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within workflows, recommending and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Process and review new applications to establish new accounts or reactivate expired accounts; assign appropriate credit terms and assist management with determining limits for high‑dollar accounts.
  • Control, process and update customer information on the system, including updating addresses, names and determining regulatory components of customers through communication with Regulatory Affairs Department.
  • Provide mentoring for other analysts and conduct periodic cross‑training sessions to ensure coverage for all functions; handle escalated calls or resolution guidance in absence of manager.
  • Communicate directly with Account Managers, Customer Engagement Managers, customers, Regulatory Affairs and eBusiness to ensure customer account compliance with DEA and other state and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Work with supervisors and management to identify, develop and process short‑ and long‑term projects to improve efficiencies and reduce costs associated with customer master file concerns.
  • Act as primary contact for AHI and other customer identifiers to ensure accurate sales reporting with vendors; resolve discrepancies involving customer data.
  • Coordinate the monitoring and completion/closing of ISO accounts; maintain a monthly spreadsheet detailing ISO activity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation
  • Salary range: $22,000–$30,000.
  • Variable incentive plan for sales positions.
  • Short‑term incentive plan may apply to certain positions.
