Credit Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Process credit applications in store or over the telephone
  2. Accept payments on accounts
  3. Type and administer sales contracts
  4. Conduct daily collection calls to customers with payments due or to customers with past due accounts via telephone and home visits as needed
  5. Approve or decline and issue lines of credit to customers
  6. Conduct credit investigations
  7. Contact customers with delinquent accounts and follow proper collection procedures
