Job summary

Carrier Enterprise seeks a Credit Manager to oversee a $5M+ AR portfolio, drive collections, assess credit risk, and support profitable sales growth. You will work with Sales, branch leadership, and customers in a B2B setting to manage credit decisions, bonds, liens, and aging while minimizing bad debt.

The role is an individual contributor reporting to Regional Credit. You will produce regular status reports, attend credit meetings, and participate in process improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit and accounts receivable management.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of credit risk assessment.
• Ability to balance risk and business objectives.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Bachelor's degree and AR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR portfolio and ensure compliance with policy.
• Collaborate with sales, branch managers, and customers to resolve credit issues.
• Manage 90+ day past due accounts and minimize write-offs.
• Prepare ad-hoc and regular management reports.
• Attend meetings pertaining to credit matters.
• Support audits and compliance processes.
