SupplyHouse.com, an innovative and industry-leadinge-commerce company, is looking for a new Credit Manager to join our Accounting Team! This individual will oversee our comprehensive credit process from assessing customer creditworthiness and enforcing policy consistency to leading strategic credit initiatives. They will also manage the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collections and precise financial reporting. This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
This position will require travel to our NY office headquarters up to three times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired.
A company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.

Location: Remote (Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington)
Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. However, there is some flexibility as per our Flex-Time Policy.
Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 (annually)
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a scalable customer credit approval process
- Develop and maintain credit policies in a customer-focused approach while protecting the financial risk of the company
- Oversee credit checks, limit assignments, and payment terms using data-driven tools and analysis
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and flag high-risk behaviors
- Provide reporting and insights on credit performance, bad debt, collections, and aging reports
- Lead and support the collections strategy of outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records of credit approvals, limits, and collection efforts
- Leverage ERP and payment platforms to automate and streamline credit and AR processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in credit management and accounts receivable
- 1-3 years of supervisor experience leading a team
- Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis, scorecard development, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to design systems and scale processes
