1. Monitor financial statements, perform financial analysis and forecasting to assess the customers' financial positions, ensuring proper credit limits and protections are in place.
2. Maintain strong relationships and partner with customers requiring higher credit limits, ensuring credit risk exposure is properly managed.
3. Manage A/R aging and DSO, stepping in proactively to collect when necessary.
