In this position you will take ownership of all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, FP&A and a wide variety of special projects for this highly profitable growth company with impressive talent and a fantastic culture.

You will work closely with a high caliber CFO, CEO, and Executive Team while leading strategic initiatives, improving efficiency and overall results of this company. Streamline processes, better leveraging technology, while playing an important role in leading this impressive company toward its full potential.

Take ownership for the following:

• Leading the team who takes ownership for all transactional and general accounting.
• Financial reporting and management reporting.
• Accounting policy.
• Financial planning & analysis, budgeting & forecasting.
• Understand profitability and margin analysis by product and customer then work with the leadership team to maximize profitability while reducing risk.
• Identify and mitigate risk via controls, systems, and insurance.
