  • Assist with governance trackers, action-item logs, policy and procedure inventories, approval-condition monitoring, exceptions, and periodic management reporting.
  • Review documents and data for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and alignment with approved credit terms and established governance requirements.
  • Support the preparation of materials for credit committees, management discussions, internal reviews, and regulatory or audit requests, as assigned.

  • Compile and validate information from internal systems and approved external sources, identifying data gaps or inconsistencies for review by the appropriate team member.
  • Escalate material discrepancies, missing information, or potential risk concerns promptly to the supervising Credit Officer.
Credit Administration Support
  • Assist with tracking credit approvals, conditions precedent and subsequent, documentation requirements, renewals, maturities and other post-approval follow-up items.
  • Support reconciliation and quality-control activities across credit approvals, legal documentation, system records, collateral information, and Credit Administration reports.
  • Help maintain organized and audit-ready credit files, trackers, procedural documentation, and evidence of completed controls.
  • Coordinate follow-up with Credit Administration and other stakeholders to support timely resolution of outstanding items, under supervision.
Automation, Data, and LOS Initiatives
  • Support Credit process-improvement and automation initiatives by documenting current-state and future-state workflows, business requirements, process gaps, controls, and user needs.
  • Assist with LOS data validation, user-acceptance testing, defect and issue tracking, workflow testing, procedure updates, and implementation-readiness activities.
  • Help develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, standardized templates, and management reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other approved tools.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and enhance the consistency and transparency of Credit processes.
  • Support responsible use of Microsoft Copilot and other approved artificial intelligence-enabled productivity tools in accordance with Bank standards and information-security requirements.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to review documents and data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a structured environment.
  • Curiosity, accountability, sound judgment, and a strong willingness to learn.
