Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Credit Derivatives Trading Services Associate in New York to help capture transactions accurately and ensure end-to-end processing with strong controls.

You will partner with the trading desk, operations, and infrastructure teams to resolve exceptions and drive continuous improvement across workflows. The role requires knowledge of credit derivatives products, front-to-back processing, and regulatory reporting concepts, plus strong analytical skills and Excel

Qualifications

• Experience supporting credit derivatives trading or related function.
• Knowledge of CDS, indices, tranches, options, and total return swaps.
• Understanding of front-to-back trade processing, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting concepts.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail; able to propose practical fixes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analysis and controls.

Responsibilities

• Capture transactions accurately and on time in designated trading and risk systems.
• Perform intraday and end-of-day completeness and reconciliation checks to support accurate processing.
• Execute required controls, evidence completion, and timely sign-offs per procedures.
• Partner with trading desks and support teams to triage questions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with operations and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end processing and reduce risk.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control design.
• Develop understanding of credit derivatives trading structures from financial and operational perspectives.
