Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Mortgage Finance Client Management Senior Analyst to lead expert client management and documentation efforts. The role focuses on managing complex client portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, and configuring ProMerit onboarding for sophisticated client profiles.

You will mentor Analysts, oversee multi-faceted deal structures, and drive process improvements to deliver accurate funding and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in warehouse lending or mortgage finance.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships and loan documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliant processes.
  • Ability to mentor team members and lead process improvements.
