Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data/analytics roles.
• Strong SQL and dbt experience.
• Familiar with Git workflows and PR reviews.
• Clear communicator who adapts to audience.
• Curious about business implications of data.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics partner for credit products; build pipelines and dashboards for decision making across the product lifecycle.
• Design and own dbt models focusing on performance and credit data nuances.
• Build dashboards that answer critical product and portfolio questions beyond basic reporting.
• Support experimentation across the credit portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape requirements and tie analysis to business outcomes.
• Identify trends and opportunities beyond asked analyses.
• Contribute to team culture with code reviews and peer feedback.
