J&B Group in Minnesota is seeking a Credit Coordinator to support credit reviews and assist Credit Analysts and AR Specialists. You will provide required documents to customers and gather information for review while upholding staff, customers, consumers, and the communities J&B serves.

The role includes daily backup to the credit department, collaboration with the Supervisor and KPI reporting, and opportunities for growth through ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities and professional demeanor.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support credit reviews and assist Credit Analysts and AR Specialist.
• Provide requested documents to internal/external customers.
• Gather credit information for review by the Assistant Credit Manager.
• Back up the credit department and assist with departmental projects.
• Monitor and track incoming credit applications and review frequency.
