You will chase overdue payments by phone and email, resolve debtor queries, allocate payments on the sales ledger, and perform related administration as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience of chasing customers for payment and working in a credit control capacity.
• Confident telephone manner and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to resolve debtor queries and balance ledgers.
