6 Degrees Group is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to maintain customer accounts and drive the full credit and collections process. You will collaborate with Billing and Cash Applications to ensure accuracy and timely resolutions in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in credit & collections and customer service, with strong communication and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree required, experience with ERP systems preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in credit & collections and customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and ability to develop key collection metrics.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances and document interactions.
• Investigate and reconcile customer accounts, addressing disputes and processing credit requests.
• Monitor A/R aging reports and coordinate monthly reviews of outstanding balances.
• Work closely with third‑party collection agencies and internal teams to resolve delinquent accounts.
