Job summary

HJC, a division of Hajoca Corporation, is seeking a Credit Administrator in Bentonville, AR. You will manage credit and collections for assigned accounts, build strong customer relationships, and prepare credit packages for approvals and reviews.

You will interpret credit reports, maintain files, and support compliance while collaborating with managers to assess risk and limits up to $10,000. Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Pursuing or holding a Credit Business Associate (CBA) designation from NACM is preferred.
• Wholesale distribution experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the credit and collections process for an assigned base of accounts.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to support needs and improve satisfaction.
• Prepare credit approval packages for submitted applications, annual review, job accounts and credit line increases.
• Understand and interpret credit bureau reports and business credit reports.
• Promptly respond to reference requests on existing customers.
• Assist in the credit analysis and credit approval process.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date credit and collection files to support compliance and operational efficiency.
• Keep detailed electronic notes for each customer interaction and follow-up actions.
• Review and approve credit lines and job accounts up to $10,000, assessing risk.
• Communicate with Profit Center Managers to understand exposure.
• Conduct collection calls on overdue accounts to reduce aging portfolio.
• Reconcile customer statements/billings and provide invoices as requested.
