Menasha Corporation is seeking a Credit and Collections professional to help resolve customer account issues and secure timely payments. You'll partner with sales, service, tax and finance to troubleshoot credit holds and deductions, while maintaining strong communication and documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in credit/collections, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of credit/collection processes, tools, and strategies.
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Detail oriented.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Efficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, tax, and finance to resolve customer issues.
• Work with portfolio customers to secure timely invoice payments.
• Deductions handling and information gathering (PO/PODs, quotes, notes).
• Coordinate with decision-makers to determine outcomes.
• Manage team inbox as needed.
• Review/release orders on credit hold as needed.
• Align with the team Value/Culture Statement.
