Menasha Corporation is seeking a Credit and Collections professional to help resolve customer account issues and secure timely payments. You'll partner with sales, service, tax and finance to troubleshoot credit holds and deductions, while maintaining strong communication and documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in credit/collections, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

• Deductions handling and information gathering (PO/PODs, quotes, notes).
• Coordinate with decision-makers to determine outcomes.
• Manage team inbox as needed.
• Review/release orders on credit hold as needed.
• Align with the team Value/Culture Statement.

About The Opportunity

Key member of the Credit and Collections department reporting to Manager-Credit and Collections.

Job Description

• Work closely with sales, customer service, tax teams and commercial finance directors to ensure customer account issues are resolved.
• Work with customers assigned to your portfolio to secure timely payment of invoices.
• Deduction resolution:

• Gather necessary information PO/POD’s, quotes, collection notes.
• Work closely with the individuals responsible for determining outcome.

• Manage Team in-box as needed.
• Review/Release Orders on Credit Hold as needed.
• Follow and maintain the visions outlined in the team Value/Culture Statement.
