Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of credit and collections experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Epicor ERP strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Analytical with ability to research data and interpret it.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and verifies customers' credit status to accept or reject credit.
• Establishes credit limits per policy and terms.
• Supports special terms by providing objective financial information.
• Plans and maintains accounts receivable reviews and collections.
• Prepares lien waivers and promissory notes to facilitate collections.
• Submits delinquent accounts to counsel or agencies for collection.
