About the role

The Senior Credit & Collections Analyst will work with the Credit & Collection Supervisor to contact customers, collect payments, apply payments, research/reconcile payments & claims, process returns, and provide reporting and other ad hoc duties as required. This role will collaborate with the Sales and Operations departments to obtain backup for claims or promotions. We are seeking a candidate with experience working for a multinational company, as this is a small team within a large, growing organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Accounts Receivable (AR) Credit/Collections experience (consumer goods industry preferred but not required)
• Experience working with large customers and processes
• Experience with Amazon, Williams Sonoma, Best Buy, and other large customers is a major plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly in an autonomous, fast-paced environment
• Experience with customer/vendor portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills are advantageous
• Microsoft Dynamics D365/AX experience is preferred but not required
• Work location: Torrance, hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office
• Knowledge of SmartSheet is a plus but not required
