Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino is seeking a detail-oriented clerk to support collections and cage operations. You will process return items, prepare bank letters, and assist with all clerical duties under the supervision of the collection and cage managers.

The role requires effective communication across guests and staff, knowledge of central credit processes, and the ability to learn banking-related software. Work is performed in a fast-paced casino environment with routine physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of M.I.C.’s and S.I.C.’s.
• Ability to learn and use computer applications.

Position Summary:Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Process all return items. Ability to learn computer applications. Complete credit applications and bank ratings. Knowledge of Central Credit. Knowledge of Title 31. Assist Collection Manager with all aspects of collections. Assist Cage Shift Managers as needed.Essential Functions:1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s “Winning Attitude” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino’s 5-Star Service Standards at all times.2. Safeguards assets of the company.3. Assists in collections by typing letters, sending statements, etc.4. Prepares bank letters5. Prepares documents for the collection attorneys6. Order supplies7. Assist in other clerical jobs as directed by the cage and credit manager, collection manager or Shift Manager.Minimum Qualifications:1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.2. Knowledge of M.I.C.’s and S.I.C.’s3.
