Job summary

BHG Financial is seeking a strategic analytics professional to join our growing team. You will translate data into actionable plans that drive growth in our credit card and related lines, partnering with senior leaders across functions.

You will leverage SQL and Power BI to deliver timely insights, shape performance metrics, and influence decisions that impact revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or finance; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years in business strategy, performance measurement or analytics in financial services.
• Experience translating strategy into data-driven plans with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate business and sales performance; provide insights and strategy improvements.
• Develop time-sensitive production and ad hoc insights using Power BI.
• Optimize daily sales lead flow and improve conversion with partners.
• Identify new segments, products, and markets for growth across the card lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and audit A/B tests.
• Translate performance into revenue and profitability impact.
• Deliver presentations and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
