Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of strategies that leverage diverse data sources and capabilities to grow partner relationships and customer engagement across the credit card product portfolio.

The role works with external vendors and internal marketing and analytics teams to uncover growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights via dashboards and models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to leverage data sources and capabilities for partner growth.
• Work with external vendors and internal marketing/analytics teams.
• Gather, analyze and interpret data; build predictive models and segmentation trees.
• Create secure data environments to build insights from multiple sources.
• Identify life-events from internal and external data to build use cases.
• Evaluate new tools and measurement techniques to assess strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven product management and engagement.
• Lead dashboard development and performance metric reporting to support decisions.
