Job summary

MidFirst Bank in Oklahoma City is seeking a Credit Card Servicing Associate to support the credit card program for business and commercial customers. This role operates in a small team with defined duties and some overlap to ensure coverage.

You will handle onboarding, account maintenance, card-related client interactions, investigate payment or transaction activity, support fraud oversight, and manage internal queues and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Complete setup of new customers and assist with onboarding as needed.

• Research payment, authorization or transaction activity and assist with fraud oversight.
• Monitor various work queues/escalation requests from Cust. Serv & Other Depts.
• Answer internal support hotline & departmental mailbox.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

The Credit Card Servicing Associate will assist with operational tasks to support the credit card program particularly with business and commercial customers. This position is in a small department and will work alongside a handful of peers who each generally have individually assigned duties along with overlapping responsibilities. The Credit Card Department manages all aspects of the Credit Card Program either directly or indirectly; therefore, duties may shift or be expanded based on the needs of the department.

Assigned tasks include but are not limited to:

• Completing setup of new customers and assisting with onboarding as nec.
• Handling account maintenance
• Assisting with Business and Commercial Cards, including customer interaction
• Researching payment, authorization or transaction activity and assisting with fraud oversight
• Monitoring various work queues/escalation requests from Cust. Serv & Other Depts
• Answering internal support hotline & departmental mailbox
• Other duties as assigned
