Job summary

You will apply basic accounting concepts to resolve payments, review credit balances, and ensure accurate posting while supporting new processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task assigned projects while meeting multiple timetables.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve unapplied payments, credit balances, and payment inquiries related to credit card and unsecured consumer loan accounts.
• Calculate and process monetary account adjustments.
• Provide a positive customer experience while responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with teams to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and cross-training of team members.
