Job summary

Blend360 is seeking a Credit Card Program Implementation/Project Manager to partner with issuer stakeholders and execute end-to-end card launches. You will connect business, credit, marketing, operations, tech, analytics, risk, compliance, and vendors to drive initiatives from recommendation to implementation.

You will identify dependencies, track progress, resolve obstacles, and support change management to ensure timely delivery in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in credit cards, banking, or financial services program management.
• Experience supporting card launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Build an execution roadmap identifying dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate card program implementation with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support change management and organizational readiness across teams.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners; escalate risks and track progress.
