Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Business Unit Control professional to support the global Credit business. You will develop reporting at deal, portfolio, and strategy levels, analyze capital usage and financing facilities, and partner with investment teams on reporting enhancements.

The role emphasizes translating complex investment activity into clear insights, designing robust reporting suites, and enabling data-driven decision‑making for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in credit, alternative investments, or portfolio analytics.
• Strong knowledge of credit products and investment workflows.
• Experience partnering with investment teams and senior management.
• Ability to translate complex investment activity into clear reporting and insights.
• Experience designing or enhancing reporting suites for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the build-out of a growing global Credit business across liquid and illiquid investments.
• Develop and enhance reporting and analytics at the deal, portfolio, and strategy levels.
• Analyze capital usage and financing facility utilization across investments and strategies.
• Assess financing structures and balance sheet usage to improve transparency for decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate impact of new strategies on reporting.
• Help define information structures to support scalable reporting and analytics.
• Provide input on security setup and data requirements for reporting needs.
• Identify gaps across workflows, reporting, and platform capabilities to drive improvements.
