Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Credit Analyst to manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, review new orders for credit compliance, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues delaying releases.

You will analyze customer financial information, set credit limits and payment terms, monitor aging, and take action on delinquencies while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years experience in a credit role.
• Clear and effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review new customer orders to verify credit requirements are met prior to release.
• Review credit and lease applications to evaluate completeness and obtain required documentation.
• Review rental and lease agreements to verify terms, payment authorizations, and documentation before acceptance.
• Analyze customer financial information, credit reports, and payment history to assess credit risk and recommend limits and terms.
• Monitor aging and convey updates to Credit, Sales, Operations and other stakeholders.
