The Business Controls Specialist II provides analytical and project management support, integrating credit, compliance, regulatory, and process change in coordination with Retail, Broker, and Correspondent leaders. As the Controls Specialist, you will consult with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies for change, improvements, and remediation efforts. You will drive end-to-end change, keep all parties on task, and prepare materials for business updates.
