Job summary

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve outstanding credit balances daily under supervision.
• Review contracts, EOBs, and payer rules to determine appropriate refunds.
• Communicate findings and resolutions to billing teams to ensure accurate posting.
• Operate within accounts receivable workflows and maintain timely case management.
• Stay informed of changes affecting refunds and payor requirements.
