Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in credit and accounts receivable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience considered.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare AR aging reports and maintain accurate receivable records.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing issues.
• Assist in disputes related to invoices, credits, and returns.
• Escalate collection issues to management or legal teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in receivable processes.
