Sungrow seeks a detail-oriented Credit & AR Specialist to join the finance team in Tempe, AZ on a 6-month contract. The role focuses on accounts receivable, risk mitigation, and timely collection of payments. 40 hours/week.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in credit/AR, a finance or accounting background, and strong analytical and communication skills. SAP ECC/S4 Hana experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Experience with AR and cash application within Order-to-Cash cycle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection.
• Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare AR aging reports and maintain records of receivable activities.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing issues.
• Assist in resolving disputes related to invoices, credits, and returns.
• Escalate collection issues to management or legal teams as needed.
• Provide regular updates to management on account statuses and risks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations in receivable processes.
